This is the series for the dancer that feels they know their body; from the club head to the professional dancer.
The main focus here is not the choreography (I won’t get into actual choreography til much later).
For people doing these exercises, it’s about getting the isolations, arms, and feet correct with your own groove..
In many rigid structure dances, it’s very easy just to copy arms, head, and leg movements. But their groove is what is missing; bare this in mind as you do this and any series.
